| Robert Norris graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1980 with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. His wife Janet graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a degree in Fine Art. All through school Robert worked as a freelance photographer photographing weddings and other people oriented events. Upon graduation he opened his professional photography studio in Hoover, Al. Janet worked in a professional photographic lab. In 1993 Janet joined him and began managing the photographic lab. Since 1980 Robert has won many awards including many first and second place finishes in The Professional Photographers of America and Professional Photographers of Alabama and Mississippi competitions. For over 25 years Robert and Janet have been photographing weddings as well as individual portraits, families, pageants, dance schools, and various other commercial photo jobs. |
